There was an issue with shipping delays through the courier which caused the item to be returned to the seller twice, however, the customer service and responsiveness from this particular seller was outstanding in helping to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and my husband loves his new toy.

Good customer service and reply speed to all questions and concerns. Delivery came from Canada warehouse. Overall I am very satisfied with this store. Item was accurate to description but the excavator arm was damaged but seller did respond quickly to problem and used the free return policy. Things to improve would be to check item before delivery and to use a foam box for this particular item to prevent transport damage.

Good machine. Definitely worth the price compared to what Huina charges for the 1594. The WL Toys brand isn’t as refined as the Huina models are, but it’s every bit as capable as any excavator Huina offers.
