Packed well. The design of the robot is very interesting, but in places it is made of soft plastics, which complicates the assembly. All the fasteners without much effort get into their places, until click, in this regard everything is fine, the main thing is not to be careless, or even places where you can break the parts

The product in question is quite captivating looks with the original Optimus Prime. Besides introduce material plastic and screws, relatively good, the extra pieces (Cannon/gun and swords) came loose in bundles. These packages, the purpose, are simple and well protectors.
The body is complex to assemble (truck to robot and vice versa) and the manual does not help much. Some pieces arrived unconnected, believe that due to shipping (which took in Brazil).
The company has very good communication (in my opinion), barely answered my questions and anyway, efficient work, I think fast, to dispatch the product.
